Saffron Petal Powder

Dried saffron petals in a semi-powdered form.  Saffron petals add a floral flavor to foods and tea.  
 
Petal powder is great to use for frostings and dessert toppings.  It is best to add the saffron petal powder after cooking to keep the purple hue - otherwise the powder will brown with cooking (flavor will still be prevalant with cooking though).  
 
This product helps our farm continue to support zero waste.  We ensure that all parts of our saffron harvest is used in products or composted responsibly.
